1. Quotations & Assessments
All quotations are based on a physical or phone assessment of the property. Quotes remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue. While we strive for absolute accuracy, any unforeseen hygiene issues or extreme conditions discovered during work will be disclosed and discussed before further action is taken.
2. Service Guarantee
Our service guarantee applies to all completed cleaning tasks. This guarantee covers the hygiene and cleanliness results in accordance with the agreed checklist. It does not cover subsequent mess made by residents, pets, or third parties after our team has departed the premises.
3. Payments
For end-of-tenancy or deep cleans, a service deposit may be required. Final payment is due upon successful completion and handover of the cleaning project, following our quality inspection.
4. Liability
Zenith Multilink Services holds comprehensive public liability insurance. We are responsible for the safety of our cleaning site and the quality of our results as per the agreed project scope.
Quality Standard
All work is carried out to meet professional industry standards for domestic and commercial cleaning.
